A portion of out very first stout brewed in January 2017 was saved and aged on oak wood tht was soaked in American Rye Whiskey. It has been hidden away to develop over time and is now coming out for a soecual release in these extremely limited 500mL bottles. Beer with this intense amount of alcohol and dark malt develops beautifuly over time like fine wine.Adding the element of charred oak wood deepens the character even more. The rye whiskey ups the alcohol a bit and intensifies the soirit like quality of the beer making for an experience to savor slowly like a fine bourbon.Drink this beer in a cognac glass or wine glass to open up the aromas. Also, allow the beer to warm slightly for the best flavours and aroma to shine through.
