Alpha starts off with a white wheat, 2-row, and Chit malt base and a Simcoe, Citra Incognito, and Centennial whirlpool. Following the addition of our thiolized yeast, we ramped up alpha acids with a dry hop of Columbus, Citra, and Simcoe. Aromas of juiced citrus and apricot intersect with wisps of pine forest floor before flavors of pithy citrus, complex blueberry skin, dank melon, and floral earth with a pointed hop bitterness that leave the finish juicy with a slightly dry ending.
