Our Coffee Barley Wine collaboration was brewed using a two-step, poly-gyle process, before adding naturally processed, espresso roast Burundi Burambi cold brew concentrate, and naturally processed, soap roast Brazil Sertao dry grounds from Twin Peaks Coffee Roasters, with support from our friends at Copper & Oak Liquor Merchants.
