We have brewed numerous batches of Oktoberfestbier for the annual German festivities we host at our venues each October, and tweak the brewing recipe slightly each time. A rich copper coloured lager, it has hints of biscuit and toast flavours and an initial malty sweetness which are balanced by a moderate hop bitterness.
