Rewind #3

Rewind #3 is the newest addition to our “old school” DIPA lineup. This time we used the amazing, but unfortunately much forgotten Amarillo hop. This rendition utilizes a touch of caramel and munich malts for a more complex malt profile. Balanced by the dank, peachy, and bitter grapefruit notes brought on by Amarillo. We were going for a midwest pub dipa vibe and we think we nailed it.
