Brewed for International IPA Day, this is Stephen Leighton's entry into the battle of the bosses.Stephen is owner and Head Brewer here at Ölkemi and a VERY bitter man. The aim of this beer was to hit the 100 I.B.U. mark (International Bitterness Units).With a shortness of time and ingredients, and fermenter space, it's a beer full of things you wouldn't normally do for a New England hazy IPA, but some things are just meant to be.Lots of pineapple, melon and Papaya from the mountain of elderado, masaic, citra and simcoe thrown at this.
