Vysoká dávka chmelů do vířivky a dvojité studené chmelení dává vyniknout jedinečnému charakteru těchto odrůd. V kombinaci s použitým typem kvasnic VERMONT IPA se mísí esterový profil s intenzivním ovocným a bylinným charakterem aroma.___Experimental IPA in which the new breeders 5512 CERES and 5580 PLUTO from the Chmelařské Institut in Žatec were used. A high dose of whirlpool hops and double cold hopping bring out the unique character of these varieties. In combination with the type of VERMONT IPA yeast used, an ester profile is mixed with an intense fruity and herbal character of the aroma.
