Floodland Collaboration - Farmhouse Ale with Raspberries.Fo this version of our collab with Floodland, we aged their saison recipe with their propped up yeast culture on a blend of raspberries from the Pacific Northwest at a rate of over six pounds per gallon. It's rich, soft and decadent but the best part of the blend is that even at such a high fruit level, the base beer shines through clearly. Very complex and interesting!
