Chestnut & Lions Mane

Описание

We loved the last mushroom beers so much, we decided to blend a new one! This time with freckled chestnut and lion's mane together to bring the best qualities of both.We macerated the mushrooms with beer from a single barrel for tWo weeks before packaging. you'll find umami aplenty alongside some beautiful fruity aromas from the base beer. There’s EARTHY funk which plays against the complex nuttiness and savoury depth. There is a delicate sweetness which melds with refreshing acidity for a clean finish.
