This oatmeal stout nods to British stout example. Grist-wise mainly regular pale, with biscuit malts for, yea, biscuit flavour and roasted malts for hinting of coffee and chocolate. The ever so important flaked oats provide silky mouthfeel, and the right to call this an oatmeal stout of course. Note that it is possible that this one pours a nice head but has little retention (LOT 5). We will tweak that with the next batch!British bittering hops provide the needed IBUs, and we're all set! An accessible dark all-rounder really.
