A traditional German Gose with a focus on late hopping.Guava, rhubarb, gooseberry and citrus aroma. Lightly soured and traditionally salty Gose taste with a hint of bitterness on finish. Refreshing and subtle aroma and taste allows for pairing with an abundant variety of salads and other summer dishes. On the other hand, Gose is sour enough to cut through the greasy tastes and textures, making it a great companion for meat dishes. As for deserts, try it with Zefirs (the Lithuanian/Latvian variety made from apples) or Meringue yummies (like Pavlova), but the fruity sourness of this Gose really goes well with anything sweet.
