星條旗藍莓酸櫻桃黑啤 Blueberry Dark LagerWe created this blueberry dark lager by featuring the blueberry puree and adding the tart cherry concentrate to blend. You can taste strong berry and charred malty flavors at the beginning, ending it with a note of tart cherry. The whole process is like enjoying a black forest cake! Through the process, I’ve tested different variations of ratio of the three ingredients - Yakima Chief hops, blueberry puree, and tart cherry concentrate, finally getting this most balanced version. I love how blueberry renders this beer to shine such beautiful dark purple blue color. The alcohol content is 5%.
