Barrel-Aged Cherry Chocolate Stout

This classic Imperial Stout is black in color with a slight red hue, that is visible due to generous cherry additions. This Stout is brewed in a traditional manner, with the addition of 15lbs/bbl of sweet and tart Oregon cherry juice and pure liquid cacao. Barrel-Aged on Bourbon barrels on cocoa nibs and tart cherries.
