3yr old single barrel wheat wine fermented with indigenous yeasts and bacteria from grape marc. Product is still but may develop slight carbonation over time. Aged on lees, this wild fermented beer is ready to drink now, but will evolve with time in cellar. Drink before 2026 preferably. Rare Oak Society member beer.
