Belgian Enkel

It is the beer to enjoy before the winter comes. Very much like Session IPA where the fruity dank hop get in the front row on top of the thin clear malty and end with dry bitterness, but we twisted (again) it to lean on the floral dank side of the world. Just tweaked the ABV a little to satisfy the belgian yeast as it will give us a depth of unique funky fruitiness and sweet candy flavor.It is more dense than a Session but not so much as a Blond. So we just call it Enkel (single), if someone wonderd about the word.
