Heavens to Betsy! Many words have been uttered in our building over that last 300 years. Phrases and exclamations that we may no longer know have likely been heard by these walls and halls. Heavens to Brettsy is an ode to those lost and uncommon expressions. This 100% Brettanomyces fermented Ale was cautiously and lightly dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc resulting in notes of worn leather, damp sidewalk, noble rot, bay leaf, pineapple skins, lemons and wet grass. One sip and you'll be yelling out: "Heavens to Brettsy!!"
