The recently released Cross Dresser ‘White’ has now found its ‘Dark’ match.This Katipo/Napier Brewing collaboration takes the beer-wine experiment to the other end of the flavour spectrum.During fermentation some Merlot grape juice was added to our Porter base to create what we think is a match made in brew heaven.The result is a beer - but again not as you know it. Cross Dresser - the dark one.
