Brett Saison dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops, 5.7% ABVDry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and slow-steeped in the barrel, not for the taste of the wood (which is long gone), but for the pleasant and unfakeable funk of the mixed cultures that thrive there. These wild yeasts are called Brettanomyces, and these are what you should thank for the fruity, free-range taste of this beer.- Bottled May 2020, released July 2020- 750mL bottle, no acidity- Aged for 12 months in neutral oak barrels, which previously held red wine.
