Witte Lambiek

Lambic contains by law up to 40% of unmalted wheat, and although not considered as a wheat beer, it shares the same origin as wheat beer from the 13th century. Infused with the same spices of wheat beer, this lambic has an orange flavour with the spicy notes of coriander in the finish.
