A collage of flavors and aromas is what you will find in this interesting beer. Our approach was to treat a sour beer like an IPA with a very heavy dry hop addition. We used 2 lbs of hops per barrel, 8 lbs in total. In the nose you get a blast of fruit aromas like mango, peach, pineapple, papaya, etc. In your mouth you get all you want from the hops, juicy sweet flavors without the bitterness. Refreshing and super friendly to your palate. We hope you enjoy this beer as much as We do, Cheers!!!
