What makes it experimental? Just about everything. In the never-ending quest to create a dry, quenching lager that retains a bit of fruity yeast-driven character, our brewers experimented with a new combination of malts and hops, and even played around with the fermentation temperatures a bit. Floral hops are present on the nose, but the fruity notes from the yeast are present as well. Crisp and tasty, this is great choice for someone seeking a "beer" flavored beer.
