This barrel aged beer is Batch #1 of our Shipwreck Series. El Infante was one of the 22 ships sailing from Havana, Cuba, to Europe when a hurricane forced them into the reefs just 4 miles off Plantation Key. We aged this Wheatwine for 7 months using French Oak Petite Sirah wine barrels fresh from Napa Valley.
