We took a keg of out Prophecy of the Clock dark lager and dosed it with Katia Duke San Isidro coffee from Quarrelsome. The beer was treated with a similar mineral profile to the coffee brewing water from Quarrelsome. The result is an enhanced fruity character, mostly stewed apricots with honey and roasted pecans.
