Brewed in collaboration with long term friends from White Labs Copenhagen in celebration of their 10 year anniversary and the European release of WLP4000 Organic Vermont Ale Yeast. Hailing from a world renowned brewery credited with the creation of the New England style of hoppy beers WLP4000 is a highly aromatic yeast strain boasting aromas of peach and apricot. We've paired this highly expressive yeast with some of our brightest hops for a fruit forward expression that blurs the lines between hop and fermentation character.
