Phantasm IPA DDH with Motueka and Mosaic CryoCan Release 1/28 - $19/4-packThis IPA uses a new R&D product from our friends at Freestyle Hops: SubZero Hop Kief. It concentrates all of the aromatic lupulin from Motueka hops without any of the "green" material. The result is an even bolder hop aroma, with less of the harshness that comes from ever-higher dry hopping rates! We paired it with balancing additions of Phantasm (for tropical fruit notes) and Mosaic (for dank herbaceousness)!
