A Real Good Time

Somewhere between a Simcoe-dry-hopped Imperial Stout, and a Black Triple IPA! We added subtle spicing that sends it in a "Biscotti" direction, with the citrusy notes from 4 lbs/bbl of Simcoe adding brightness. The roasted malts give light coffee, chocolate, and caramel notes. At 10.2% it's A Real Good Time!
