For the final beer in 2023s Fulton & Wood series the team aged a Baltic porter for three months in port barrels that originally held bourbon. A deep mahogany color, semi-sweet notes of strawberry and apple, with a high oak expression. A smooth chocolate and feint raisin are also ever present in its depth of toasted malt.
