Phobos, 6.0%, - A brain-breaking blend of mixed-fermentation golden ales, aged in red wine and bourbon barrels for 10-14 months with our signature wild yeast strains and lactobacillus cultures. The beer has been further conditioned for an additional four months on locally-foraged bilberries, for a slight punch of natural sweetness and fruity tannins. NOT your average fruited sour!
