We are thrilled to finally be releasing our collaboration beer with our pals over at Sawdust City!'Polish Champagne' is a Piwo Grodziskie, a historical beer style from Poland, and features oak-smoked wheat malt that we smoked in house courtesy of @mattyboybbqAt 3.7%, it is light and crisp and has an ever so subtle smokiness that adds a layer of depth to this easy drinker. It is the perfect beer to snap you out of your *cough* "goals".We had a blast with Sawdust and love how this beer turned out.
