We brewed this belgian dark strong back in 2019. Gladfield pilsner and vienna malts, a dash of specialty malts and a healthy dose of dark candi sugar (D2) to give the beer its colour but keep the finish light and dry. Aged in an ex Canterbury port barrel for 2 years and bottle conditioned for 1 year.
