This is a blend of heirloom apple ice ciders aged in one Bourbon Maple Syrup barrel from a local sugarmaker. Yup. Ridiculous. Heirloom varieties harvested 2014, 2015 and 2016. Aged in a mix of stainless steel and apple brandy barrels for 3-5 years and then 6 months in one bourbon maple syrup barrel.
