Welcome to batch 2 of the experiment. Beanie in a Bochet is a follow up to “Beanie in a Bottle”, which was a Founders Club exclusive release in December 2021. This new batch finds a beautiful bocheted (carmelized honey) Lehua Blossom mead with a whole, Grade A, organic UGANDAN vanilla bean added to each bottle. It’s up to you how far you let it go. Our test bottles tasted like an amazing crème brulee after a few weeks. Who knows what will happen and how it will develop over time.
