Our first attempt at a sour beer using a novel yeast that was discovered in a cemetery in Philadelphia on a beach tree. This yeast ferments just like a standard ale yeast, but also creates acidity from simple sugars in the wort. This produces a remarkably clean sour beer similar to a German Berliner Weiss. You can drink it plain, or we can add German Woodruff Syrup
