It's not a surprise then that many traditional European wheat beers (e.g., wit and weisse) translate to English as "white." Our hefeweizen combines malted and unmalted wheat to highlight the bready-doughy-fresh aromatics of this grain. Much like the famous (or infamous) all-white paintings, what may seem simple initially becomes enthralling as you look (or taste) closer!
