A Million Thiols Away is a thiol PACKED double hazy! Thiols are essentially compounds that enhance flavor and aroma. They have been studied for a long time on wine, but it’s become a bigger player in the beer scene within the last couple years.This beer has Phantasm (a New Zealand product- a powder made from grape skins) and Sauvignon Blanc wine must in the boil. We used a special new yeast and then Azacca, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops. It is a CRAZY beer. In the best way. The aroma is straight overripe guava and mango and strawberries and cream lollipops. The flavors are SO tropical and intense. We get a ton of fruit roll ups, fruit salad, and gushers.
