Cwrw Gwyn (White Beer) is a White IPA: a hybrid of a Continental Wheat Beer and an American IPA. A complex full-bodied wit beer. Brewed with spring water, Bohemian pilsner barley malt, wheat and oats. Fermented with Munich wheat beer yeast and double dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe hops.
