Our first iteration in a series of single barrel ciders that stand out - both in quality and uniqueness of flavor. This iteration is a single varietal Ashmead's Kernel cider aged in Barrel 001. Yes, we mean our first barrel. The first barrel we ever filled in our production space. The barrel was filled during the 2021 harvest with Ashmead's Kernel apples and fermented spontaneously, aged it for 18 months, and packaged still.
