Kaaiman Lager

A collab between Bootlegger Brewery in the Southern Cape, but created in Woodstock Brewery in Cape Town. This is the house lager here at the Blind Pig, a local pub in Wilderness. This lager is light and sessionable, well balanced, leaning towards the malty and sweet side. Good stuff!
