St-Ambroise Pale Ale is the McAuslan Brewery flagship beer. Introduced in February 1989, it is a hoppy, amber,full-flavoured ale. Its’ floral hop aromas are balanced by a well-structured combination of variousspecialty malts in the body. The long finish is appetizing and tangy withorangey-citric notes. Accompanies most poultry, and seafood.
