This is the French oaked version of our Wattleseed & Coconut Imperial Stout. The thick, sweet body is balanced with a hefty bitterness from Australian hops. Roasted Wattleseed is added to the boil, and toasted coconut directly into the barrels. Aging in oak barrels rounds out the complexity of flavors and ties together this mammoth ale!
