The first from our kombucha cider series. Organic lemon, rhubarb and kombucha base from our friends at Solas Kombucha were aged together in cold steel and then blended with a Northern Spy cider fermented to complement the uniqueness of the booch base. Unfiltered with nothing added to help maintain the health benefits of the kombucha.
