Lemon Pound Cake Ale

The third offering in our Allyship through Collaboration series was brewed alongside Alysha January of @DiscoverCharmCity. The concept comes from Alysha's family tradition and love of pound cake served with fruit salad. We brewed this dark pink, blended kettle sour with real vanilla and lactose to add a touch of richness, then added mangoes, raspberries, blueberries, and lemon. All proceeds from the sale of this beer will benefit the Job Opportunities Task Force in Baltimore.
