The sister beer to Ground Control that we brewed with our friends from Mox Nix Brewery. We hopped this farmhouse ale with Cashmere hops to add floral notes to the pure, unadulterated, mixed culture goodness of the base beer. It has flavors of lemongrass, champagne and fresh honeydew melon. It’s bright and soft and bubbly from the bottle conditioning (and keg conditioning for tap!) and has so much depth and little tartness.
