Bringing together modern classic hops Simcoe & Columbus, this will be a slight diversion into less traditional territory for a cask release, much like the rest of the series. Expect bready malt, dankness, grapefruit and passionfruit. I'm very excited for this and I think it lends towards what has made Nomad so popular - fusing newer brewing ideas with the traditional medium of cask.
