This is the second of three beers we brewed for our 4th Birthday. We challenged Cloudwater to help us push our water treatment to it’s absolute max. #allthechloride. We asked Galway Bay to recommend a banging new year hop combination.4th Birthday DIPA w/ 22g/l dry hop of Idaho 7, Azacca & Amarillo.
