A wildly fermented, barrel aged cider, made from untreated and handpicked local apples from high standard trees, blended with some wine we made from homegrown Leon Millot grapes. The apples were picked at the idyllic collection orchard of Belgian pomologist and friend Dirk.Bottled April 2024
