Stalker Hops

Brewed with a barley, oats and wheat. The Illinois style Double IPA has a higher level of sweetness and lactose sugar for a creamy mouthfeel. We used Samba in the kettle then double dry hopped with Mosaic Cryo, Nelson Sauvin and Strata.
