NEIPA Adventures #2 Zappa + Amarillo Cryo

Описание

The NEIPA Adventures series is mainly about exploring new aromatic hops. This time we chose the ZAPPA variety as the dominant hops, which create strong fruit tones of mango, passion fruit, citrus and mint. We also added 20% AMARILLO Cryo for a complex aroma of tropical fruit and citrus. The beer is drier, juicy and pleasantly bitter.---Série NEIPA Adventures je především o zkoumání nových aromatických chmelů. Tentokrát jsme vybrali jako dominantní chmel odrůdu ZAPPA, která díky intenzivnímu studenému chmelení vytváří výrazné ovocné tóny manga, mučenky, citrusů a máty. Chmel ZAPPA doplňuje z 20 % chmel AMARILLO ve vymražené podobě. Spojením vznikla velmi komplexní chuť plná tropického ovoce a citrusů. Pivo je sušší, šťavnaté a příjemně hořké.
