Northern Switch (Blackjack Collab)

Описание

Our turn for the (proper) Northern version of this two-handed collab with Manchester's Blackjack Brewery. The premise is a simple one - starting with the same mash bill, both breweries then diverged using ingredients based on a North-South divide:- OG Boddingtons Liquid Yeast (Blackjack) vs Saturated Yeast (Campervan)- Southern Hemisphere Hops (Nelson, Pacific Jade, Enigma Leaf) vs Northern Hemisphere Hops ( Idaho 7 Cryo, Citra BBC)- Cask (Blackhack) vs Keg (Campervan)Northern Switch is a fascinating beer that is rampant with incredibly ripe pineapple and passionfruit, with a surprising dankness and touch of bitterness anchoring it all.
