The dark version of spicy/fruity hefeweizen, but with rich carmelized/roasted malt profile. Medium body, good balance of sour, fruity tartness, residual sweetness and low bitterness in background. The same as clasic Weisbier, Dunkelweizen was mashed with 50% of wheat, so it's creamy and topped with nice tanned foam.Cheers everyone!!!
